About the Event

NEW NAME - Bullhead Bazaar - Formally the Bullhead City Swap Meet -

    This event has been renamed and rebranded to reach a wider variety of vendors and attract a larger and more diverse set of shoppers.  

NEW LOCATION-  Gary Keith Park is in the very center of Bullhead City at the corner of Marina Blvd and Hwy 95.  

NEW SET-UP - We will be under a huge tent that can hold up to 80 vendors.  It has sides that will block everything from the wind.  We will also have security there overnight to guard everything. 

NEW DAYS AND TIMES - To make the most of this amazing location we have added to the days and times we will be open.  Friday night we will have LIVE Music, an Open Bar (donation only), and all the vendors that would like to attend that evening.  We will have dancing and the tent will be lit up all night.

Spaces:

Spaces are 10x10.   You will be assigned a space when you arrive, if you have a specific area in the tent you would like please request it in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Friday 5:00-9:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday 10:00-3:00

Prices:

Entire Weekend: $100

Saturday & Sunday:$90

5:00-9:00 PM Friday Only: $45

10:00-3:00 Saturday Only $55

10:00-3:00 Sunday Only $55

Businesses that would like to sponsor this event get a booth included for the entire weekend to promote their business.

Bronze: $250 - Booth, Website, and social media mention

Silver: $400 - Booth, Banner on the exterior of the tent, mention on the website, and social media mentions

Gold: $550 -Booth, Banner on the exterior of the tent, logo on the flyer, logo on a digital billboard, logo on website, and social media mention. 

Consistency:

For the exception of March (Where we will be inside the Fieldhouse partnering with the Home, Garden, and Lifestyle Show) we will be at Gary Keith Park April, May, June (We will be dark July & August because of the heat) September, October, November & December.   This will give our event credibility and you will be able to build relationships with your loyal buyers.

Make Bullhead Better is a non-profit, so all the proceeds from the vendor spaces go to help pay for the rental of the tent, insurance, advertising, cleaning, music, and lunch for volunteers)

This event reaches a wide variety of demographics in our community with new and used item vendors, handmade items, and a wide variety of community resources and non-profits involved.  Food trucks and food vendors will also make this a wonderful opportunity for people to get out and meet new people and support small businesses.

  • Food Truck/Food Vendor

    If you have a food truck you must show that you have all your current licenses up to date. If you are a food vendor you must show that you have your cottage law license and food handlers card. Also a current Bullhead City Business Lic. this ticket allows you to come to Friday, Saturday or Sunday or stay for the entire event. Your presence makes our event more successful so I want to make this as affordable as possible for you.
